This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Notes.AI collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the Notes.AI application.

What We Access
- Audio Input: Notes.AI collects audio input from the user's device solely for the purpose of recording and transcribing meetings.
- Google Calendar Events: Notes.AI accesses the user's Google Calendar events to facilitate the integration with the Notion workspace for recording and transcription purposes.
How We Use Accessed Information
- Audio Input: The audio input is processed locally on the user's device and is used solely for the purpose of recording and transcribing meetings.
- Google Calendar Events: Google Calendar events are accessed to identify scheduled meetings and integrate with the Notion workspace for recording and transcription.
How We Store Accessed Information
- Audio Input: The audio input is only stored on the user’s device while being processed and transcribed into text and exported into user’s choice of notes taking app. After the processing, audio data will be removed.
- Google Calendar Events: Google Calendar events are only stored in the user’s computer memory or disk. It will not be transferred outside of user’s computer.
How We Share Accessed Information
- Audio Input: The audio inputs are not shared with anyone.
- Google Calendar Events: The google calendar events are not shared with anyone.
Note: As of Dec 31, 2023, Notes.AI does not transfer any data to external, third-party tools (such as AI models). All data processing happens locally within Notes.AI on user’s computer. We will make sure to update this private policy and notify the user if this changes.
